Safety Specifications for the Bike


10 safety specifications:

  • The riders need to be able to get in and out of the bike quickly. 
  • The bike must have lights so there is high visibility at night. 
  • The seat must be locked into position. 
  • The shell needs to be flexible and give by a certain length. 
  • The helmet must not be out of date and must be worn at all times. 
  • The brakes must be fully functional and not apply friction when in contact with tires. 
  • The nose of the bike must be rounded to a certain angle.
  • The bike must have two or more mirrors. 
  • The bike must have a very strong roll cage. 
  • The bike must have a head bar, leg bar and side protection.
